  1. Ultra-Hard and Wear ResistantHardness up to 8000 HV, 8-12 times higher than carbide. In aluminum machining, tool life can increase by dozens or even hundreds of times.
  2. Mirror Finish by TurningA very low friction coefficient reduces built-up edge and enables Ra 0.05-0.1 um mirror finishes, replacing grinding in suitable operations.
  3. Grades Matched to ApplicationDiamond grain size is selected by material and finish target: fine grain for finishing and low-silicon aluminum, coarse grain for high-silicon aluminum above 12% Si.
