Step tools only make sense from the finished diameter stack and axial positions. PCD combination drill-reamers for precision aluminum multi-ops are a different family.

Bring a section or diameter table: pilot, major, chamfers, and which faces are critical. Cycle-time goals that “want one tool” still need stack tolerances—otherwise you get a compromise that fits none of the gauges.

Same as a PCD combination drill-reamer?

No. This series is carbide step drilling from a diameter stack. PCD combination tools integrate drill/ream for precision aluminum holemaking.

Can you invent steps from a photo?

No. Send dimensions and tolerances—photos alone are not a stack.

Must every step be tight?

Mark gauge-critical vs clearance diameters; that changes the review.

Section view ready for the stack?

Step quotes live or die on diameter positions and tolerances. Upload the stack with the RFQ.
