APPLICATION VALIDATION FRAMEWORK
XRZ reviews the component, material, bore geometry, machine conditions and current process before a custom tool is proposed. A case study is published only when the measured conditions and customer-approved evidence are complete.
XRZ does not publish customer names or performance claims without permission and verified measurement conditions.
WHAT WE REVIEW
Before recommending PCD, carbide or a combination tool, XRZ checks the drawing, material grade, hole geometry, tolerance, toolholder, coolant delivery and current failure mode. This separates a documented engineering review from an unsupported success story.
APPLICATION ENGINEERING
The workflow below is the standard used to turn an application request into a documented engineering result.
Review drawing, material, bore geometry, tolerances and current process.
Define PCD grade, carbide grade, cutting geometry, guides, steps and coolant structure.
Check dimensions, edge quality, concentricity, runout and toolholder interfaces.
Validate first-off parts, parameters, chip control, roughness and dimensional stability.
Track tool life, regrinding, batch consistency and cost per good part where data is available.
EVIDENCE STANDARD
Results remain unpublished when any material condition, measurement method or approval step is missing.
PUBLICATION STATUS
This framework keeps planned applications separate from verified results.

The tool and trial method are defined. Results are recorded against stated inspection conditions and production targets.
STAGE 03 · PUBLISHABLE
Only approved, reproducible evidence with limitations and customer permission is converted into a public case study.
