This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use xrzpcd.com, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. It applies to this website and to enquiries, quotations and orders that start here.
1. Who we are

2. What we collect
Information you give us. When you send an enquiry or request a quotation, we collect the fields you fill in: name, company, work email, phone or WhatsApp number, your message, and any drawing or file you upload.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our server records technical data when you visit: IP address, browser and device type, referring page, pages viewed and timestamps. We use this to keep the site secure and to understand which pages are useful.
We do not ask for, and do not want, special category data such as health, biometric or political information. Please do not send it to us.
3. Why we use it
- To answer your enquiry and prepare a quotation or tooling proposal.
- To review drawings and define a manufacturing route for the parts you ask about.
- To fulfil orders, arrange delivery and provide after-sales support.
- To keep records required by accounting, tax and product-liability law.
- To maintain the security of the site and improve its content.
4. Our legal bases
- Consent — when you submit an enquiry form, you consent to us using those details to respond.
- Legitimate interests — responding to business-to-business enquiries, keeping records of quotations, and protecting the site from abuse. We balance these against your rights.
- Contract — where you place an order, we process the data needed to perform it.
- Legal obligation — where we must keep or disclose records by law.
5. Cookies and analytics
This site uses Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to measure traffic and page performance. Google Analytics sets cookies that record a randomised identifier, the pages you visit and how you arrived. We use the reports in aggregate; we do not use them to identify individuals.
You can refuse or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site continues to work without them. To opt out of Google Analytics across all sites, Google provides a browser add-on.
6. Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with:
- Google, for website analytics as described above.
- Our hosting and email providers, which store the site and the enquiry mailbox.
- Authorities or third parties where we are required to do so by law, or where it is necessary to establish or defend a legal claim.
Drawings and technical files you send are shared internally with the engineering team that reviews your part. We do not pass them to other customers.
7. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and quotation records for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any order that follows, and afterwards for the period required by accounting and tax law. Drawings are kept for the life of the project and for reference on repeat orders, unless you ask us to delete them earlier.
8. Where your data is processed
Our own systems are located in China. Some service providers, including Google, may process data outside China. Where that happens we rely on the provider’s standard contractual safeguards.
9. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you can ask us to:
- confirm what personal data we hold about you, and give you a copy;
- correct data that is wrong or incomplete;
- delete data we no longer need;
- restrict or object to how we use it;
- provide your data in a portable format;
- withdraw consent you previously gave.

10. Security
Access to enquiry data and drawings is limited to staff who need it to quote or manufacture. The site is served over HTTPS. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Children
This is a business-to-business site. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
12. Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and the date at the top. Material changes will be noted on the page itself.
