PCD solid nib end mill for tight clearance features
Use this series when the feature is small, clearance-limited, or both—a solid nib-style PCD mill—not a full-size square end mill shoehorned into a pocket it cannot enter.
Shop scenario: a local boss, narrow groove, or access past a wall where a standard diameter shank collides. The conversation starts with access envelope and feature size, not with copying a large-tool flute count. If the job is really a T-slot undercut, jump to that series instead.

- Small aluminum / non-ferrous features that need PCD edge life
- Limited tool access or clearance around walls and clamps
- Feature size and reach can be measured from the print
- You are not trying to face a wide deck with a tiny tool

Is “nib” a stock SKU name?
It is an orientation label for compact solid PCD milling. Quotes remain drawing-based.
Can you copy a broken micro-carbide 1:1 in PCD?
Maybe—but send the feature and failure mode; blind 1:1 copies often repeat access mistakes.
Same as solid carbide micro mills?
Different edge material and RFQ path. This page is PCD for suitable non-ferrous only.
Clearance envelope sketched?
Nib quotes need access limits and feature size on paper. Guessing diameter from a photo is not enough.
