This series is for T-slot and undercut forms in aluminum / non-ferrous where neck clearance and cutter width are the design drivers.
Shop scenario: a fixture slot or assembly undercut that a square end mill cannot enter sideways. You already know slot width, depth under the ledge, and how the neck must clear. If the form is a progressive scroll or bell profile, use those dedicated series instead of forcing a T-slot label.
Undercut intent checklist
- T-slots or side undercuts in aluminum / suitable non-ferrous
- Slot width, under-ledge depth, and neck clearance can be stated
- Production volume where PCD edge life matters
- Entry strategy (pre-slot, plunge path) is at least discussable

Do you sell woodworking T-slot bits?
No. Industrial CNC aluminum / non-ferrous PCD only.
Can width be guessed from a photo?
No. Send dimensions; undercut tools are intolerant of vague width.
Staggered flute instead?
If chip load in a wide open cut is the issue without a T-form, see staggered flute series.
Slot width and neck on the print?
T-slot RFQs live on undercut dimensions. Quotation still starts from drawing and process data.
