3. Product information is indicative
Dimensions, tolerances, materials, coatings and performance figures shown on this site describe typical configurations. They are not a specification for your part.
A tool is only specified by the approved drawing and the written quotation issued for your order. Where this site and an approved drawing disagree, the drawing governs. Results in your process depend on the workpiece material, machine, holder, coolant and cutting data, which we do not control.
4. Quotations and orders
- A quotation is valid for the period stated on it, and is based on the drawings and information you supplied.
- An order becomes binding when we confirm it in writing.
- If your drawing changes after we quote, we may re-quote.
- Delivery dates are estimates unless we confirm them as fixed in writing.
5. Your drawings and our content
Drawings, models and specifications you send remain yours. You confirm you have the right to share them with us, and you authorise us to use them to quote, manufacture and inspect your tools. We do not disclose them to other customers.
The text, photographs, illustrations and layout of this site belong to HENTRY. You may not republish them commercially without written permission.
6. Third-party links
The site may link to pages we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
7. Availability
We aim to keep the site available and accurate, but we provide it “as is”. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of inaccuracies, and we may change or withdraw content at any time.
